I started Pilates in lockdown from home with Lisa on Zoom and have continued into the
live classes.

I have terrible balance and my posture isn't always good but with Lisa's Pilates class has very much improved, also everyone is so friendly and we do have a laugh.

exercises clearly & makes every class varied while catering for different levels of fitness, no
judging ….and no counting either at times!

as Lisa gives really clear instructions and demonstrates how to perform each exercise.

I really feel like my core strength and balance are improving although I've got a long way to go! I didn't
know anyone when I joined but everyone in the class is very welcoming and we always have a laugh!

I joined Lisa's Pilates class around 2 months ago to help with my core fitness. Lisa provides a great understanding of Pilates and all the exercises we do as well as alternative exercises for those with knee issues (like myself). 

The ladies in the class are all very friendly, the hall where the class takes place is great & air conditioned. Great class, great teacher

I have been attending Lisa's Zumba classes for 5 years, (even during lockdown on zoom). Love these sessions the class is super friendly and absolutely non judgemental, the tunes are ones I know!

Lisa is a fab class leader and puts us through our paces with a smile and good humour, I would highly recommend coming along for exercise, laughs, new friendships, and a lovely way to spend an hour.
