Pilates is a system of controlled movements that can improve flexibility and mobility, build strength, develop control and endurance in the entire body.

There is a strong emphasis on alignment of the skeleton, correct breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.

A huge amount of modern exercise and daily living is very destructive on the body and causes stress to the mind.

Pilates is restorative and can help rebalance the mind and body to enable a better quality of life, more free movement and a whole host of other health benefits which are listed below:
